Territory is the focal point in a dramatic 11-story atrium of a Chicago skyscraper at 70 W Madison. Law firms, financial and high-tech companies, occupy the building. The lobby is constantly abuzz with business people talking business. When I’m there I think of “masters of the universe,” sales territories, and the global reach of capitalism.
